Terms of Use — Meet Gesty

Acceptance

By using Meet Gesty, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Service Description

Meet Gesty is a scheduling and calendar coordination platform designed to help users share availability, organize meetings, and confirm appointments.

The service may be used for personal scheduling, professional meetings, consultations, team coordination, and client appointments.

Your account may also be used across the Mamagesty Universe ecosystem as part of our unified single sign-on (SSO) system.

Calendar Access

Meet Gesty may request access to your Google Calendar.

Google's OAuth consent flow asks you to grant Meet Gesty the broad Calendar scope because Google does not currently offer a finer per-calendar read-only grant that also covers multi-calendar listing.

Meet Gesty uses this grant in two ways: it reads events from the calendars you select in Settings to mark the matching slots as unavailable on your booking grid, so invitees can only pick times when you're free; and it writes a single event per confirmed booking to your primary Google Calendar so the booking shows up alongside your other meetings. It never edits or deletes any of your existing events.

You may revoke calendar access at any time through your Google account settings or from within the app.

Zoom Integration

If you enable “Generate Zoom link” on a booking link, Meet Gesty will ask you to connect your Zoom account. This feature requires your own Zoom account, and your use of Zoom remains subject to Zoom's Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.

When you connect, Meet Gesty receives an access token for your account together with your Zoom account email, your Zoom user ID, and your account type (free or paid). Meet Gesty uses this connection only to create one Zoom meeting per confirmed booking on your behalf, to show the join link and passcode to your guest, and to delete that meeting if the booking is cancelled. It does not read your other meetings, recordings, chats, or contacts.

You may disconnect Zoom at any time from Settings in the app or at gesty.ai/meet/zoom, or by removing Meet Gesty from your Zoom account. In all three cases we revoke the token with Zoom and delete our copy immediately. Meetings that were already created stay in your Zoom account; disconnecting does not delete them. If you cancel a booking after disconnecting, the Zoom meeting cannot be deleted until you reconnect, and the app will show it as pending.

Please note that meetings created on a free Zoom account end after 40 minutes. This is a limit set by Zoom, not by Meet Gesty.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Meet Gesty responsibly and not to:

• provide false or misleading information
• misuse the service for spam, fraud, or unauthorized invitations
• attempt unauthorized access to other accounts
• interfere with the app's technical operations
• use the platform for illegal purposes

Account Suspension

We may temporarily restrict or remove access to accounts in cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, or legal requirements.

Where possible, we aim to act proportionally and notify users appropriately.

Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data directly from the Meet Gesty mobile app at any time. Open the app, go to Settings → Delete Account, and choose one of two options:

• Delete Meet Gesty data — removes your Meet Gesty-specific data (booking links, bookings, availability, Google Calendar and Zoom connections and tokens, cached calendar events) and signs you out. Your shared Mamagesty Universe account stays intact and can continue to be used by other Mamagesty applications.
• Delete full Mamagesty account — permanently deletes your entire Mamagesty Universe account across every application that uses it, including Meet Gesty. You will be asked to confirm by typing "DELETE" on the confirmation screen.

Both options are irreversible. Once deletion is initiated:

• Personal data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days.
• Any OAuth tokens (e.g. Google Calendar, Zoom) are revoked with the upstream provider immediately.
• Backup copies are retained for up to an additional 30 days for disaster-recovery purposes and then expunged.

If you cannot access the app and need help deleting your account, email us at support@gesty.ai and we will process the request within a reasonable time.

Limitation of Liability

Meet Gesty is designed as a supportive tool for organizing meetings and managing schedules.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect synchronization with third-party calendar platforms.

We are not responsible for missed meetings, scheduling conflicts caused by incorrect user input, or issues caused by third-party services, payment systems, or external integrations, including the availability of Google Calendar or Zoom, or limits those providers place on your account.

Privacy

Your use of Meet Gesty is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Meet Gesty shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except that we retain the right to bring proceedings against you in any court of competent jurisdiction where you reside or operate.

If you reside outside the United States, the application of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence is not affected by this clause.
